"Dinner was sooooo delicious! We got so many compliments on the meal. Working with Vicky to plan our meal was so much fun! She had me, my husband, and our friends over to her house a few months before the wedding for a tasting which was such a blast. She can make basically anything you want and so much of it is homemade. It was very affordable, and I even rented table linens and plasticware through them which was so convenient."

LeFebvre Catering is one of the suggested vendors for Pinewood, but I would use them for any event at any venue! Vicky is an amazing cook! She is extremely flexible with the meals she creates specifically for your wedding and welcomes you into her beautiful home for tastings. Our meals were pot roast, wild rice stuffed chicken, and mushroom risotto and they were all 10/10! Vicky cooks all of the food down the street from the venue so everything is super fresh. People still talk to us about how good our wedding food was! I cannot recommend her enough!

Vicky is also local to Cambridge, MN and we met her at Pinewood’s open house. Her food is AMAZING. Hands down the best wedding food I have ever had and I promise I am not being biased because it was my own wedding. The meat was so fresh and juicy, great homemade salad and dressing, softest bread rolls ever, and bomb mashed potatoes. Honestly, it just doesn’t get better than Lefebvre’s catering. We had our tasting at Vicky’s house which made for such a nice and intimate setting to get to know her and ask questions – not to mention her house is amazing. We also did our dessert through Lefebvre’s which was several different types of brownie and a cheesecake bar with different toppings. SO GOOD, all of our guests continually complimented the food and we even got to bring all the leftovers home!

I don't even know where to begin! From hosting our wedding menu tasting in her own home to going above and beyond on our big day, Vicky makes you feel like family!! Her food is all homemade and there was not a single person who did not RAVE about it on our wedding day! She provided lunches for the bridal party while we got ready, beautiful charcuterie boards during happy hour, set up our gorgeous buffet tables, provided a cake for us and desserts for our guests, AND a brunch on the morning after - all of which was DELICIOUS!! Vicky and her staff are all so kind and helpful. They truly provided our dream day and we could trust them fully without having to worry about a single detail!
